In the case of cosmetic treatments, you are required to complete all questions to allow the physician to assess your suitability for treatment. All information provided on the consultation and consent forms will be discussed between you and your physician. This confidential discussion will enable both to ensure that your goals are understood and achievable. During your consultation we will also thoroughly explain the treatment, ensure you understand the advantages and if there are risks associated with the treatment and assess your suitability. If the treatment is unsuitable we will explain the reason why and what your options are and offer an alternative where possible.
